China Field Notes

Welcome to China Field Notes.

Travel notes from China — Tibet, roads, wildlife, cities, and practical advice for travelers.

I share places I’ve actually visited, what I think is worth your time, what I’d skip, and the small details that can make a trip easier.

Some videos use a virtual presenter. The scripts, travel judgments, and research behind them are my own.

If you’re planning a trip to China, this channel is here to help you decide what deserves your time — and what doesn’t.
