Bottlenose dolphins feeding and interacting with the whale watch boat Voyager off The Long Strand, West Cork, Ireland. There were six animals in total, all adults which were seen the following day. We recognise some of these animals from previous encounters in different years because of the distinctive marking on the dorsal fins and backs of these animals as they form part of the Whale Watch West Cork Photo ID catalogue for Bottlenose Dolphins off West Cork. These charismatic dolphins provide enormous enjoyment for those many visitors who encounter them. (less info)
