Band formed in november 2003 sassuolo (italy)

Waves are musicians/friends who have played together since the age of 14.
After years of learning and experimenting , in 2003 they decide to take it down seriously.
They start producing some songs (2004-05)
After one year they move to milan to meet up with sound engineer Matteo Sandri and music producer Matteo Cantaluppi who helped them develope their sound. (New York Time and Can you say comes from this period)
They start this website and in one year they become one of the most clicked top original artist in italy .
Through myspace they get in touch with Marco Migliari and Realworld studios (between his credit, stereophonics, robert plant, peter gabriel, crowded house and many more) with him Waves are on their way to finish an 11 tracks record.
The 5 tracks on the player are the first result of this important collaboration.
New york Time has been added to the player in november 2007 and reached more than 100.000 plays in 60 days.
This song will be added to the indiesampler.com , and bandpromote sampler.com , both sampler cd will be printed and distributed in california.
In the meantime Waves songs have been played by several radio station.
