QuasiDisk, $1.99 AppStore app, has a hidden feature, you can tether 3G internet with it!!. Simply start QuasiDisk's FTP server on port 5100, connect it adhoc to mac or PC, and add SOCKS and HTTP proxy settings to the computer on ports 5050 for SOCKS and 6666 for HTTP proxy. Voila!

i'm still not able to use Facebook or my school's website while using my phone's internet. I can open email, youtube, hulu and others but i can't open some. What should i do to fix this problem?

It's to unstable. Don't fret if you didn't get the app.

I managed to make it work, very briefly. Connected to Google, and whatismyipaddress (confirming ip from cell phone data connection), and then it stopped. Repeated a number of times and have been unable to get connected again.
By the way, OSX Network reported a self-assigned IP number during and after my successful data connection. So don't let that alone discourage anyone.
