I was a female aerobics instructor at one of the coolest clubs in Miami Beach. Aerobics made us happy. Being fit made us feel good as it was good for us. We had to embody the idea of fitness and being an instructor was one of the hippest jobs one could have -- and the clubs were very selective back then too. So, when you see these happy faces, they meant it. And yes, many of us are still incredibly fit.
