@dalotel Its was a doctor giving his deposition because someone is suing him in a tort case. This is not a trial and he is not a witness.

Thanks for clearing that up. I couldn't actually bring myself to watch the shite video, so I based my estimation of their age on the picture in the thumbnail.
Furthermore, I specifically stated "borderline pedophile," not "pedophile."

@ForTheDefence78 The girls in that video are in their 20s. Regardless of their age though a pedophile is someone who is attracted to pre-pubescent girls and those girls clearly aren't pre-pubescent.

While I do think many attorneys take themselves too seriously (e.g. too stiff, etc.) I think this is a bit over the top. He's very proud of himself but I am unsure the good Doctor who is being deposed was too pleased. Might be a good Video to forward to the TX Bar for Professional Standards, but what do I know, I'm just a dirt lawyer...
