    Yes. Believe it or not, I actually have noticed that even small airports have multiple runways, now you can be sure! Winds change. CHANGE. Planes are designed for tackling this problem. They have rudders; pilots adjust them for lining up with the runway, they make corrections as they go. It's safe to land in crosswinds!
