@Kenobi5001 Permits are unconstitutional. As are alot of laws these days. Read the first amendment. It states that no law shall be made that abridges one's right to peaceable assemblies. Abridging a right means slowing it or preventing it. And our forefathers say it best when they say that one should never give up liberty in exchange for temporary safety... and that the coward who does so deserves neither liberty or safety.

I have said it before and I will say it again, sooner or later somebody will get hurt with this whole beatnik flashmob thing, and then what? I bet nobody will be dancing then, not if somebody actually passes away. No there will be a whole lot of egg on peoples faces, and rightfully so. I hope they would get charged appropriately and if need be arrested, especially if gang violence was involved, that would only be fair after all. No permit, no party I always say.
