The stakes are high for us and our children. Everyone should take part in the effort, and HOME has been conceived to take a message of mobilization out to every human being.
For this purpose, HOME needs to be free. A patron, the PPR Group, made this possible. EuropaCorp, the distributor, also pledged not to make any profit because Home is a non-profit film.
HOME has been made for you : share it! And act for the planet.

Do the American range a favor: Buy buffalo that were meant to utilize the short grass prairie more efficiently, live longer than beef, have 3% fat, take less forage and water to produce the same amount of flesh, and is a wild meat endorsed by the Amer. Heart Assoc..
Jerry2Murray, all I wanted to point out was that it is unfair and dangerous to say that all members of a particular group hold this or that specific belief. Producing broad generalizations like that is not the way to get intelligent people to accept your position. Besides, I believe in God, and i see no problem with "macro-evolution", so long as i keep in mind that the bible was created by ancient people using symbolic language, because it's easier to retell than the long, literal truth.
Just viewing the complexity of earth shown in this documentary is proof enough that God was involved in the creation at the get-go, and that He purposed each 'kind' to flourish - it is humans that have degraded and disregarded God's gift of earth and His Son, and it shows by how we treat them both.
Not all evos are theists - follow the replies. It is not impossible that He could have used evo, and I do realize the micro-process of adaptation; i.e., the flora or fauna on different aspects, soil, elevs., longitudes that bring about subspecies - but to say God put in order macro-evo that life came from pond water, to animal, to man goes a bit far, and, is not according to the Biblical account for us believers.
From Dr. A.E. Wilder-Smith (evo turned Christian), 1915-1995, rev. vers: Your eyes focus automatically. Cameras today self-focus. The apertures of your eyes open/close automatically according to the amount of light. Auto-aperatures today. Eye sees color/ black and white. Why two eyes instead of one? See stereoscopically/judge distances. Are eyes the result of chance or intelligent design? Look at a camera. Did it come about by chance? Does looking at a camera tell you there is no maker?
Jerry2Murray, I apologize for whoever may have given you that impression, but the theory of evolution says nothing about the origins of life, intelligent or otherwise. It merely observes the processes through which life evolves from one particular form to another. It says nothing about the non-presence of an intelligent hand in the process, but presents the mechanisms that ARE present through which life forms change. Why is it impossible for a higher power to use evolution?
Yes, Darwin was limited by the nontechno-science we relish today. My biggest problem with evos is that they claim life came from nothing on its own and began to evolve w/o any intelligent thought.
The exact qoute is: "...I remember well the time when the thought of the eye made me cold all over, but I have got over this stage of the complaint, and now small trifling particulars of structure often make me feel uncomfortable. The sight of a feather in a peacock's tail, whenever I gaze at it, makes me sick!" (Darwin to Asa Gray Apr. 3, 1860)
