i don't think any of the celebrities get paid to be on Sesame Street considering it's a non-for-profit institution. I might add that she changed the lyrics of the song to help kids count which is a public service.

Getting paid to rewrite the lyrics of your song for Outback Steakhouse commercials for profit, now that's selling out.

What a sell-out. Changed her song for Sesame Street.

As a generation Xer i am proud to have seen such a great show as a child of the 70's and 80's. I am glad the next generation of kids are able to enjoy such a classic kids show. I also liked Electric Company and many other kid shows that are just tooooo many to mention but i loved them all as a kid.

I used to watch Sesame Street as a kid in the '70s and now my 2-year-old daughter watches it. This has got to be one of my favorite bits, I love it every time it comes on and I think it's adorable!
