this is one last message to you. please do all that you can to get better, please. i don't want you to cry over people who hurt you and could care less about your struggles or pain. they are not worth crying over. it hurts and feels like a needle being injected into your heart. i don't know you, but I saw your comment, and wanted to tell you that you must care for yourself before people can for you. its just how depression is going to go away.

you just gotta fight off the pain and not be like those people who just give up and stop trying. thats how some end up taking their own life because they were tired of the drama in their life. and trust me i have been their, wanting to take my own life. i'm not going into detail about what happen but just know everyone online has a story and we don't want others to know about it so we don't speak about it. i'm just happen to be the one to finally tell my story and tell you as well.

Shaina i feel your pain. I know this because i am too suffering with depression and anger management. what people say to me, i can take it the wrong way and get people mad at me, and so then i break down in tears. its a repeat cycle of my life and i try every day just even get out of bed and walk out the door. what my condition is post dramatic stress disorder, along with clinical depression and trauma. so honey you are not alone with pain. so many people are going through pain.
