"BON IVER Plays Last Show For the Foreseeable Future.
Wrapping up a meteor is a difficult proposition. BON IVER turned the page on this chapter of the story by heading home to Wisconsin, acting as honorary chair for AIDS WALK Wisconsin, and playing one more show before taking a well-deserved break from public performance. "

  • The song starts at the 1:12 mark in case you want to know.

  • I remember this concert like it was yesterday. That will never change, Justin Vernon makes me so proud to be a Wisconsinite. Best concert ever. Best musician of today.

  • @KBAB44 Listen to Katie Perry's cover, and then tell me this is a bad cover.

  • This song does things to me... I will always love Bon Iver.

  • @MadDogg8121 I agree. Very amateurish. It's sad that his fans think this is great. If it was an unknown person singing it, they'd think it was a bad karaoke attempt. People are too easily impressed these days.

  • @proffy31 Try reading more carefully proffy31. I said "No wonder you're (Bon Iver) not going into it (the song) RIGHT AWAY. He was talking and easing into it slowly. Felt awkward like he was unsure of it. Turned out to be a weak performance. Great song, not a good fit for him.

  • tabs? :(

  • these guys mustuv took alot of sleeping pills before this song

  • I am pretty sure Vernon wrote this song.

  • Is this falsetto version a joke? I am a fan of the instrumentals and the harmony, but come on it almost sounds like a karaoke version missing the lead vocals.

  • @ellingsondarren He covered it because the 80s had great music but the over production of the era overshadowed the lyrics. I think the original version is great but it was cool to hear how Vernon put his own downtempo twist on it.
