ok ive seen Neil Tyson 2012 all over his videos. but im dead serious he needs to run for president next time because all the politicians are playing for the quarterly report or the next election. none of them are thinking of the long term or REAL problems. Tyson/Nye 2016!

We need to get this man to run for the White House. If what we are achieving is with 1/2 a penny, then we need to spend a dime on these technologies. We need to get off the planet in a sustainable manner and we need to traverse the solar system for decades before we do anything beyond. We need to get rolling ASAP.

One thing I would differ to Dr Tyson, NASA doesn't inspire US students only, it inspires global scientific community. Growing up in India, NASA was single biggest inspiration for me pursuing scientific studies.

BTW kudos to Dr Tyson !! Keep up the great work!!
