Oldest is Thomas Edison's "Moneyshines" (unofficial title) from 1889...very blobby and grainy, but it predates this one. FYI, no blood no foul.

@SMITTYALMIGHTY this should be the third oldest film available today. Definitely not the first. If there was a baby giant tortoise in the video it would still have been alive today. Those animals have a lifespan of circa 150 years or so...

i think "Blacksmith Scene" from 1893 beat this one to the punch for first "film" ever created
