@Noelem78 They're using the title Splinter Cell, so why would the character Sam Fisher make any difference. It's a fan film so unless they're making money out of it I guess they can name it what ever they want. Though I'm no lawyer, but I think that's how it goes. I guess they just don't want to use Sam, because all the fanboys would bitch about his looks, his voice, his equipment etc.
