I kind of want to post "I love the franz ferdinand version better" here, and "I love the LCD soundsystem version better" on the LCD soundsystem video page, and see if I make it to, or close to, top comments in both.

All My Friends is one of my favorite songs ever, and this is my first time hearing this cover, and honestly, It feels like a different song.
And, you know what? I'm fucking okay with that. They really made it their own. That's how covers should be. Making it your own while not insulting the original.
Kudos to Franz Ferdinand.

For me the original is missing that main guitar/synthesiser hook at the beginning and towards the end. However yeah I agree with others in that both have their own qualities that make them unique. FF are one of my favourite bands so I'm bound to prefer their version however seeing as I only found out about LCD Soundsystem through this cover I like theirs very much also. Two great bands. :)

Both are amazing? I wouldn't say one is better, I'm actually a bigger LCD sound system fan. Both are great, LCD sound system brings back memories though. The two songs are too different and too good to compare.

Other version is good for what it's supposed to be, a electro dancish song, where the lyrics kind of become background noise. This song changes the lyrics and shortens the song to put the lyrics in the spotlight. Both are good.
