Most of the Space Shuttle missions went to the ISS... and the ISS is developed with the cooperation of Russia and many European countries and we know a good deal of whats done in the ISS and in the retired Space Shuttle Missions.

Sad that you can take information out of thin air and accept it as fact.

You do not understand how US economy actually works and how it became the best country during the 70s.The thing the US is good at is creating new industries and technologies.Space can be the most profitable industry of the future.Space exploration will require new technologies which will create jobs.Africa is not America's concern.You are not paying the taxes,I am.I want the US to spend more on space programs.If you are concerned about Africa you should go and ask your king!

I know we will gain more knowledge and benefits by sending these shuttles in space but usually these shuttles works against you whether in spy concept or self benefit, people only use them to watch TV and get access to internet.

Spending money on the space program is much better than sending TEMPORARY help to countries in need.

You'll only make people happy for a day, then the next day they will go back to starving.

Advances in technology indirectly help the poor. You develop much more efficient systems with the advance of technology and one way of advancing technology is by going into space.

NASA will probably contribute more in an hour then you will in a life time to this planet.
