@agoose745 Except the True Sith were already being set up as being strong willed and pure in their belief. That's one of the reasons why they're such a threat. While the Republic and the Jedi wavered and were filled with doubt, the True Sith persevered and endured.

Revan sacrificed himself to the dark side willingly to unite the galaxy. It was stupid to just have him be mind controlled by the Emperor. And he should not have gotten captured in the first place.

@KingOfMadCows -SPOILER ALERT- The Emperor needed to sort out the Dark Council and internal power before invading the Republic, also Revan kept planting seeds of doubt in the Emperor's mind while he was imprisoned to stop him from invading, so it's basically Revan being a total boss as he is :D

I know when the game takes place. It was stupid for them to have the True Sith invade at that time.

Throughout KotoR1 and 2, the True Sith have been slowly undermining and sabotaging the Republic and the Jedi. But then they wait 300 years for the Republic to recover before invading? That doesn't make any sense.

They should have continued with the plot of the Sith breaking apart the Republic before they launched the invasion.

I know they explain in the Revan book but the book sucked.

@KingOfMadCows the game takes place after this Invasion, on the republic side...you have to visit the ruins of the Jedi Temple..which was destroyed in this battle

That's why it's foolish for them to make the game about another massive Sith invasion.

KotoR2 revealed the problems within the Republic and the Jedi that the True Sith were exploiting to break them apart.

TOR should have been more about the Sith working to undermine the already strained trust between Republic worlds while the Jedi try to hold the corrupt and bloated Republic together.

A war should not happen until after the Republic is weakened by internal strife.
