@dangernon It's a parody of comedians who use generic set ups and an overblown delivery style in place of writing actual material. Where he's saying things like "Look at these two over here, these two are going 'hey, well, we're here, you know," or, "excuse me sir, how much did that cost you? A certain amount of money?" he's distilling those premises down into their most generic and non-specific form in order to make a joke about how shallow that type of comedy ultimately is.
