I love how David can't bring himself to say a silly gag because it wasn't logical. It says a lot about his brilliant style of humour.

Well it'd be uneconomic at first, but people do manage to rake in a large amount of profit from wine and whiskey that's like a few decades old. They'd just have to not eat the tortoises for about two decades. Which would never happen.

They'd be a good candidate for lab-grown-meat (In vitro meat, cultured meat, test tube meat, tubesteak, shmeat), an exciting technology which is making an increasing amount of noise thesedays.

Tim's 1989 contribution (hypertext integration) to the Internet came well after ARPANET started in the 1960s, he "invented" the internet about as much as Bill Gates & Steve Jobs invented the computer. What these people both did was contributed to what layman recognise as some of the most commonly recognisable features of their fields. With Gates and Jobs that was desktop computing, with Berners-Lee it was hypertext. But the Internet is not just hypertext (eg: email, usenet).
