  • It's sad that they are that over populated, but that is a pretty cool use of space.

  • WOW i want to try this on the C train in brooklyn New York.

  • These people sure know how to make use of land space and turn every bit into something useful, Im just going to victoria station in london to setup my stall next to the train line on platform 1.

  • @Murderdogs I guess I live in more modern times; 1st/2nd/3rd world refers to the economic development of a nation. 3rd world are agriculture-based societies; 2nd world is manufacturing and industrialization; 1st world is an information-based economy/society. Maybe I'm confusing the terms with something else? But that is what I was thinking of when I posted my response. :)

  • These People Are Smart

  • @pcfrank Last time I checked, second world referred to communist states. So how is Thailand in any way second world?

  • @pcfrank Do you even comprehend what the difference is between 3rd World & Superpower?

    WTF is 2nd world?????

  • @ancientastronomer Thailand is a 2nd world, not a 3rd world nation. And in many respects in the larger citizens,s it's actually considered a 1st world nation.

I think it's great that they can still utilize the land they've been using long before the railways were put into place, yet still get rail access. It's an example of community working with government to get services, as opposed to government being big brother and just taking from the community.
