Over 60% of Virginians voted in the 2008 election for Leader of the Free World - but then millions of registered Virginians didn't participate in picking thier own governor a year later. In Los Angeles, CA - turnout was 60% for the President and 15% for their MAYOR. PEOPLE WAKE UP - THINK ABOUT IT!!
