If you clean it properly after each time you some and use quality tobacco, the damage is minimal. The harm of a nargile comes from bad tobacco with a lot of juice in it and the dirt and ash in the pipes. Clean them up and you will not have a problem.

Still this is still smoking, so if you are susceptible to lung and mouth problems like swelling and cancer, there is still a moderate risk. It is however many times less than cigarettes. Not to mention that it smells better - I actually use it sometimes to freshen my room.

so how harmfull do you believe it is to smoke nargile once a week?????pls answer i need to know
