We teach practices for the mind and heart based in the yoga tradition that calm and clarify the mind, open the heart, and bring balance and harmony to the functioning of the body. The deeper purpose of these practices is to remove the obstacles that keep us from experiencing our natural, inner state of kindness and compassion, ease and well-being. When these inner qualities are free to express themselves in and through us, our life and our world begin to reflect those qualities.
