are you going to upload some soon ?
I'm curious-how are modern kung fu training methods compared with the older ones? Do you "condition" your hands? My sensei (shaolin kempo, but 20 years black tiger and mantis kf) says that weapon training is "conditioning" enough, but my Tae Kwon Do instructor (who has trained a few years in Wing Chun, and a snake style) disagrees. What conditioning drills do yodo, and are you concerned about long term damage?
Thank you,
-Nate
