About this user

The product of a nomadic upbringing, Wesyde has been making music his entire life. In and out of too many bands and groups to start naming, he took control of his fate in '05. He's been producing, mixing and recording himself and other "unknowns" for the past 11 years. He makes all of his own music, as well as taking care of the recording, mixing, and promoting. In September of '06 he released his first cd, "Timeline", independently, and the underground hasn't been the same since. In '07 he dropped "Movin' On", in '08 the free LP "Welcome To My Past", and in '09 he brought "To Be Announced" and the free "Short Stories Vol. 1" EP to the game. 2010 showcased his best received and most devastating release to date, "Fact & Fiction". Another free release, "Short Stories Vol. 2" is set to be released during the summer of 2011.

With a passion for creation and an addiction to the live show, he's always there to talk to his fans. Staying grounded in reality and speaking of the same he has never pretended to be something he is not. Influenced by many, comparable to none, his style of music leaks through the cracks of mainstream definitions like "Hip-Hop", "Indie-Rap", or "Industrial".

He just calls it WesydeUnderground.
