Westcott Properties was created in 1987 as a small boutique brokerage firm specializing in the sale of investment and Corporate Owned real estate throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We are currently embarking on an exciting new initiative to collaborate the broker community with local artists in our neighborhood. By incorporating professional photography and high definition videos, we are not only assisting property owners, but also expanding on the growth and success of the artists we work with. Westcott is proud to have a strong collaboration with students from nearby art schools, especially the world-renowned Rhode Island School of Design. Our focus on the robust and prismatic Providence culture drives us to support the growth and expansion of our vibrant city.
