Not too many rules for this channel, but just a few:
1.Of course, anything that is spam, hate, or whatever will be deleted, and you will be blocked, but I won't make a big deal about it, if that's what you're trying to make me do.
2.I can understand if you're from a foreign country, although I'm not so good with other languages. So try your best to keep the comments you post on my videos in English, not to be forced though.
3.I don't care if you're going to block me, but if you do so, then don't bother commenting on my page whatsover, otherwise, you will just be blocked back.

HOW I GOT MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT BACK AND WHY (an update, as of 2/10/09):
With the help of SecretAgent1994,he sent me a message saying to go to this link
http://help.youtube.com/sup... and go to the suspended section,where as they would send you an email saying what your penalties were and how you could fix them,and if you fixed one of them,they'd reopen the account,and of course,you had to put in the account name and accosiated email adress(but the strangest thing was that I never got an email saying what my penalties were,and this account was automatically reopened,which is still good anyway).To my next point,the reason why I did that was because I thought my suspension last June was a little unfair since even though I KNEW how this account was canned(3 strike policy),Youtube never emailed me saying I got my third strike,but only sent me a copyright notice on my video of Little Jerry and The Monotones singing "YMCA" by the Village People getting taken down by Scorpio Music(which gave me my third strike).So anyway,that was how I reopened this account and why I did it.
I mostly upload Sesame Street videos, but I sometimes make videos of my own.
NOTE:I go to School,so don't expect me back till about 3:56 PM(US Eastern time)
