I'm an editor/composer and an aspiring filmmaker who looks to invigorate the minds of those looking for something different in cinema these days. I hope to see some of the effects used in 80s cinema tried in these times to remind the world again what we have missed so dearly...practicality...and how that sometimes being over-the-top with CGI can damage the soul of a film (obviously GOOD CGI-enhanced films that actually suit the story flow are excluded).
