This channel offers tips and recipes for frugal meals and kitchen plans. Tips range from saving money in the kitchen to budget friendly foods.

Most of my focus is on whole grains. Whole wheat and grains have been known to have many different health benefits, if you're not eating healthy whole wheat grains, then you are missing out!

I hope to teach you how to make whole wheat breads, great beneficial recipes on how to help your family eat right, and the healthy properties of whole grains.

	thewheatguy (5 months ago) AsintheDaysofNoah - If these are basic one use bottles (soda), I would say they many not be good for storage. I think I can answer this more clearly, depending upon your reply.

	AsintheDaysofNoah (5 months ago) Hey Donna why can't we store up grains in 2 liter bottles with oxygen absorbers.... We know they keep carbon dioxide in --why wouldn't they keep oxygen out? I was thinking about putting up some oats. Then I would put them in a large black bag and into a storage box to keep the light out... What do you think?
