I think what he is saying is that you can put a gen on it to charge further coil, capacitors, batteries and it would not take much load to generate a few extra amps. The voltage measurements are important but i really would rather see how much amps that mechanical turning could generate.

Does anyone actually believe any of these videos? This guy could produce an "over unity" device that he threw together with spare parts, way to put McGeyver to shame! If you want to test something use the scientific method, how long would the motor run with a fresh battery? How long would it run with a verified depleted battery attached to the fresh battery?
