About Me:
(Excerpt from "Cubensis Afarensis")
'Though many of us can scarcely remember or recognise this any longer, we were all once Indigenous to some place; until we were colonised - put to work in factories, offices and starbucks outlets, the cogs of the 'developed' world (developed into what?) - kept in scarcity, divided, fearful of tomorrow & in constant competition - all year round, around the clock - we helped to build a pyramid (scheme) called 'Civilization'.
'Over the centuries, these colonised peoples began to systematically colonise other indigenous populations around the world, seeking to satisfy their innate scarcity by taking possession of more LAND (Resources) and LABOUR (Lives) - forming the STOLENWEALTH of the world. This process never ended: it carries on today as the colonising continues, under other names, to conquer land, lives and minds, bringing about conformity and obedience to an order (call it the NWO) based on ever-more centralised power, ecological devastation and a war on everything threatening the pyramid of 'Civilization' (now euphemistically referred to as 'Our Way of Life').
The native-american scholar, Ward Churchil, has this to say to so-called non-indigenous people:
"You have been colonised far longer than we, and therefore much more completely. The result is that you've become self-colonizing, conditioned to be so self-identified with your own oppression that you've lost the ability to see it for what it is, much less to resist it in any coherent way. Everyone is indigenous somewhere ... you must set yourselves to reclaiming your own indigenous past"
Thanks to alternative sources of media, much of the information IS easily available. We can start immediately simply by turning off the TV and tuning in to alternative frequencies of information. The mainstream media seldom broadcasts Indigenous voices, other than those already aligned with the government agenda, so that alternative, dissenting opinions are often lacking in our information diet. (no Juice!) This channel exists to help counter "the great Australian silence" by broadcasting to a wide Australian & International audience some of the most powerful dissenting voices from Indigenous Australia.
