Born in 1968 from Kobe-city.
Graduated from Tama Art University,
oil painting course.
While he was in school,
he began his career as a fine artist.
After roaming around Asian countries,
he returned to Japan in 1993 and joined the gaming industry (which was in the middle of the first generation consol movement), and experienced the baptism of the new digital design wave.
In 1998, TEI established Furi Furi Company, a creative design agency, and was its creative director for 10 years. His were celebrated internationally.
In 2008, TEI decided to start freelancing to seek greater opportunities and possibilities.

多摩美術大學繪畫系油畫組畢業。
大學在學中開始從事現代美術作家活動。
1993年隻身於亞洲各地流浪。
回國後、投身於第一次次世代電動遊樂器戰爭中的電玩界、創作風格 於此時大受數位化洗禮。
1998年創立Furi Furi Company後 ，
歷十年創意總監之職。
2008年Furi Furi Company解散。
2009年移籍於株式會社DLE。
以既可愛、活潑又帥氣地創作風格
在日本國內外備受好評的設計師。
