Like any successful industry, Canada's nuclear industry is consistently future-focused. We innovate tirelessly to stay ahead of the curve. We communicate proactively to keep stakeholders informed. We anticipate regulatory developments and adapt well in advance. But underneath all of this is a culture, a sense of discipline, and a high level of skills and expertise which makes it clear that The Next Generation of nuclear in Canada will be defined by one thing: our people.

That's why in 2014 we will take a critical look at our leadership in this crucial area. What are Canada's leading nuclear companies doing to develop their employees and build comprehensive succession plans? What strategies can we use to ensure Canada's technological innovators stay as creative as they are precise? How can we better engage Canada's youth to get excited about science and technology and plant the seeds for our future workforce?

Join us from February 26 -- February 28, 2014 as we focus on these critical questions, and together develop a plan for Developing the Next Generation.
