About Me:
She also works as a short film writer-for-hire. Recently three of her short film scripts won recognition from the American Gem Short Screenplay Festival, the Broad Humor Festival and the AFI Director's Workshop for Women. She studied film and television writing at UCLA and at the Writer's Boot Camp.
"Purple Bins" marks her directorial debut. The film was invited to screen at numerous festivals, including, The Moviefone Short Film Festival, The Method Fest and The Faux Film Festival. It was featured on Kevin Smith's Movies Askew website and aired on the WB's "Online Nation". Her latest short subject, "Oh, Sammy!" won the Atom Films Upload This! contest, was an Honorable Mention for Best No-Budget Short at the Broad Humor Film Festival and will air this fall on Comedy Central on the "AtomTV" show.
Susan recently portrayed Not Hillary Clinton for a Showtime pilot entitled, "Not Penn Jillette", opposite magician/comedian, Penn Jillette. She once again portrayed Hillary Clinton for the Oxygen Channel pilot "LOL", starring Debi Mazar and David Zucker's latest spoof, "An American Carol". She has appeared in several national commercials and played a memorable role on "Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!".
Susan is a regular cast member of IO West's hit weekly political satire show, "Big News" which performs every Sunday at 9:00PM at IO West in the heart of Hollywood.
