In 1860 Lincoln imposed the Morrill Tariff which forced many southerners into bankruptcy. The tax was so bad it more then doubled the tax rate of 29% to 47% Though the southern states only made up of 30% of the population They paid more then 80% of the tax. Facing such a tyranic government the south did the legel act of seceding from the union in order to gain a government in which they would be represented in. Following withdraw of the south from the union the only way the north could collect this tax is for them to take it by invading the southern land and property and taking it by gun point. So since the north was invading their country the south had no choice but to defend it and they fought hard and honorable. Then after gaining a horable reputaion Lincon tryed to pin the whole thing on slavery when it had nothing to do with it. When the truth is that only 6% of the southerners owned slaves, So tell me what the other 94% were fighting for? The sad truth is that Lincons war cost 600,000 American lives. They were fighting for a just cause which was against a unrepresenitive government. A tax that was killing there economy and for the denial for state rights were the main reasons for the south's fight for independce.

hey! na I didnt get to explore your page yet... I will though for sure! Im going to get a decker here soon. I honestly just got my horse last july and havent used a decker yet. What is a mantie? Man you covered some ground! I live in Oregon on the east side. Baker to be exact. Thats cool you got a ranch. That is my goal in life here someday, Own some land and have a nice string of horses... hey you have fun too! Im going to use blue on monday, I hope it all goes good. We are in the hells canyon wilderness boundary near oxbow dam. Thats cool you repell, its fun! Im kinda like self taught so I am really a slow chicken shit when i do it but hell, there dont seem to be that many people like us to go do this stuff with anymore

that comment you left on, the he ride wild horses song, well that is really cool man. I just got a horse and going for the same thing. right now im learning, well teaching myself how to use him to pack chemicals to spray weeds up in wilderness boundaries.
