Also, use your blog to find a niche and focus on it. Symbian coverage is good, post like crazy. You'll be getting thousands of hits in no time. Once you've generated some big traffic there, you'll be in a good position to sell ads in-video, which will generate some serious cash.

YouTube takes care of the video bandwidth, start a Phones Show blog at Blogger or some such host, link the two, and post the words "*insert phone model here* review" as many times as possible. If you want to make it up there in Google listings, post on Blogger.

I've been posting there for years and Blogger posts are given immediate priority in search results through Google. And even if you choose another service, search results are much more likely to go to a text page than a YouTube video.

You can also increase your coverage by joining as many websites as possible and posting to them with your website listed in your contact info. Since those comment sections will frequently link your name to your listed site, that goes down in search engines as a link, which drives up priority.

I love your show. It's one of the best phone review publications on the web. In my eyes, right up there with GSMArena and Mobile Review.

Asking for donations isn't much of a business model, and I think that you're doing something that could be a significant money-maker if you combined it correctly with a website and some self-promotion.
