You do not need to kill them in any particular order. You can do this on recruit difficulty as well if you would like.

Here's one way to get the Tippy Toe! Lemon Tree! Achievement. It's quite easy, not super easy like other achievements but you should not have too much of a hard time getting it.

For those that don't know how to use the Pause feature. The play is an Inside Cross under Standard Pass. Just hit the TE (Y) before he goes out of bounds. Just as I have done in the video.
