Mexico produces a lot of great boxers. So does Puerto Rico. However in the era of the well regarded boxer in Manny Pacquiao, the boxing world has come to witness the influx of promising but talented Filipino boxers. True, it may take long, if not never, for the aspiring Filipino Boxers to at least equal the feat of the Philippines national treasure. Manny Pacquiao has given a nation tremendous pride and hope in the face of so many adversities, economically and politically.
This channel is dedicated to Manny Pacquiao.
And also to the Brave Filipino Warriors. Though sometimes defeated in front of the much more superior fighters, they stood toe to toe and fought graciously in the name of the Filipino Nation.

In a war, WBO flyweight champion Brian "Hawaiian Punch" Viloria (30-3, 17 KOs) scored an exciting eighth round TKO over former unified light flyweight champion Giovanni Segura (28-2-1, 24 KOs) on Sunday (Saturday night in the U.S.) at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City, Philippines. Great two-way action from the get-go, with Viloria getting the better of the former 108lb star. The right side of Segura's head was grotesquely swollen after three rounds. Viloria seemed to be fading in the middle rounds as Segura came on. Viloria staggered Segura in the eighth and bout was stopped by the referee. Time was :29.

MANILA, Philippines -- Filipino featherweight champion Rey "Boom Boom" Bautista defeated his Mexican challenger Miguel Angel Mendoza in the main event of Pinoy Pride X in Cebu on Saturday night.
Bautista halted the Mexican knockout artist in the 6th round of their bout that took place at the Hoops Dome in Lapu-lapu City.
Bautista retained his IBF international featherweight title in the process.
He improved his record to 32 victories against 2 losses while handing the Mexican's first loss in 18 fights.
