Sparky is a nickname for electricians.U stands for YOU and it all starts with You!Online speaks for itself.I have visited almost every video online to find useful information electricians can use to expand their knowledge in the field.I found some useful and some useless.Practical experience is mostly gained through On The Job Training.During the first 5 years of my training I had a mentor that I could call and ask questions about the hows and whys.I would then go to work the next day and WOW the boss.Some would tell me to shut up and do what I was told or leave.Some would ask how I learned that overnight.To that I said I read alot.This was 30 yrs ago,before internet,dvds,private training schools ect.
There is a lack of qualified electricians in the industry who would like to learn more and many who wish they can go to work the next day and WOW their boss.
