I did that one ab work out that ya'll did on Oct 2.. day onee it was working good as hell ! Day two i went to do it again thenn i got a Charlie Horse(Cramp) in my stomach whatt up wit thatt!?

I was just thinking about how I should go for a gym pass, which I would have absolutely HATED! I hate the idea of going to a gym. It's too public for me. But then I thought about google/youtubeing exercise videos and found this channel! Super awesome..Just tackled three videos and plan to explore more from the comforts of my own home.

wow, haha I started doing sparkpeople workouts today, and I'm planning to do 3 different workout videos a day and the stretching, and I'm going to run and stick to a diet! According to spark teens, it will take about 2 months for me to lose 10 pounds. I'm looking forward to when I lose the weight, then I'll continue doing the program to KEEP it off. Sparkpeople is my first actual motivation!! Thanks, you have completely changed my outlook on working out and weight loss!!!
