About BACK OF THE LANDING NET
fisherman Chris and Jay, and their adventures trying to catch a p.b carp! Not subscribing to the usual serious and intense nature of a lot of carp fisherman, they believe that having a laugh, and enjoying the countryside are almost as important as catching carp...Almost! Often joined by part-time presenter Matt, the lads head off to lakes near and far, in all weather conditions, to catch their crafty, and sometimes elusive quarry.
Also there's a very clear pattern to the episodes- the more fish, the less stupid scenes per episode, and vice versa. We try and do an episode every two weeks, but this can go to two a week in the summer!
