WHY NOT TRY TAKING PART IN A WINTER SAILING EVENTS.

Plenty of sailing clubs are open during the winter with racing every weekend. Look at Yachts and Yachting web site (see above to find wed address for sailing magazine) and try a sailing club search for your area to see what your local clubs are upto over the winter.
