Starting back after giving knee a rest. I am assuming old training maxes of 425 300 455 and shooting for 455 325 500.
Westside cycle 22 oct through 13 dec 2007
This is all the workouts from my Westside cycle between 22 oct 2007 and 13 dec 2007 including maxes.
My initial maxes were BP 270 SQ 350 DL 385. I used 60% on bench for 8 sets of 3 and 50%, 55%, and 60% for 8 sets of 3 on box squats during this cycle for dynamic effort days.
Max days with total
This is max days for total computations. In general all lifts are raw and some are unequipped. They are performed "competition style."
Westside Cycle 31 Dec 2007 through 10 Feb 2008
My third Westside cycle since returning to regular workouts in August. Dynamic effort days are based on 60% of training maxes. S: 425, BP: 300, DL: 455.
Max effort exercises for the first three weeks are Arched back goodmornings; old max 315, and close-grip incline bench press; old max 225. For the second third weeks they will be SSB box squats; first time using, and floor presses; old max 240. I am hoping to have the following lifts at the end: S:455 BP:325 DL:500 T: 1280.
