About Me:
I am a FORMER US MARINE. Served in the first Gulf War. Always in great shape. Got out of the USMC and was still in great shape. Ran 10 miles per day and played sports with friends...and the gym thing too.
Was in a CAR WRECK. In Bed for 8 Months! Gained weight (close to 300 pounds) Lost everything...home, savings, car, girlfriend...all gone.
Lived out of my car as I tried to get myself back to a normal self. Was close to 300 pounds and started to lose weight. I got down to 263 and started video blogging on youtube Dec 2006.
I tried all weight loss diets..and found that watching your eating and workout habits, you can get to your proper weight/body fat and muscle mass.
Since July 2008, I have used the DEXA scan to keep track of my BODY FAT and MUSCLE mass.
I now work at a gym as a fitness instructor and ran my first half marathon this year.
Sold the gym and now traveling the USA and Canada trying to help others get health and lose that darn ol body fat and gain lean muscle mass...
