As for TV shows, I enjoy ESPN (+ it's related channels!), The NFL Network, CNN, History Channel, Discovery, and TLC. *I could care less about the countless 'reality' shows, various contest shows like 'American Idol'. **B.E.T. and Fox News are garbage networks in my opinion!!

I enjoy music (specifically REAL music from the Old School...70's - 90's!), New School R+B (To an extent!), Jazz (Both Traditional + Contemporary Modes), any Hip Hop that uplifts rather than degrades with lyrics...I think you catch my drift, and even some Pop music is cool with me!
