Scotty West has been providing world class guitar lessons, music instruction, keyboard and bass lessons, music theory and ear training for 25 years in Hyannis, MA. In 2000, after 10 years of work, he launched his Absolutely Understand Guitar Video Home Study Program containing 32 video guitar lessons on DVD, the official course handbook, comprehensive scale and chord fingering encyclopedia and more. Thousands have been sold world wide. Scotty is also founder of The Experimental Ensemble of Cape Cod, a modern electric sextet performing an all-original blend of Jazz, Rock, Fusion, Funk, Blues, Classical and Ethnic influences. Scotty solos on guitar and keyboards and wrote most of the material.
