Another question, I have been playing guitar for about 8 years and just recently discovered that I do not hold my pick the traditional two finger way. I hold it with my middle, Index, and thumb. It seems really difficult for me to control the pick with two fingers though. Do you think I should worry about it, or just keep playing with three fingers? It doesn't really seem to affect my playing.

Chris, I got your technique book for Christmas and I was wondering how you would suggest using it. Should I just start on the first page and learn the exercises chronologically or should I learn the first exercises of each technique and then follow that pattern chronologically?
