Graduated from Nippon Sport Science University
Judo 5th Degree Black Belt (Kodokan)
3 Times Champion - 82Kg of Sambo Japan Cup in 1991 - 1993
3rd Place of Harlampiev Memorial Cup in Georgia, 1989
Hagihara taught the Judo at a high school as the Head Coach for more than 10 years.
Currently he is the Director of Japan Sambo Team and working on various self-defense, body guard, and security projects.
Hagihara is continuously researching and studying the traditional Japanese Martial Arts (Budo) and modern combat skills.
Hagihara is also active as the referee with MMA promotions, like bodog FIGHT and Mars.
