I spent twenty years in corporate America, before I came to my senses. Yes, I was successful, with a track record of inspiring people to succeed in a changing environment, creating high performance teams in retail, manufacturing and service organizations. (Blah, Blah, Blah... )

Throughout the years, I was always a bit out of step; more comfortable with my customers and team, then my peers and managers. Why: Because the higher you climb on the corporate ladder, the less actual work you do, and I enjoyed the work. So I gave up the fancy VP office, huge staff, big budget and the frustration of never actually getting anything done.

Today, you can find me at Roundpeg, a small marketing firm, based in Carmel, Indiana. Along with my extraordinarily talented team, which includes Bonnie the dog, I share what I know about marketing; helping small businesses, become big businesses.
