Throughout the years, I was always a bit out of step; more comfortable with my customers and team, then my peers and managers. Why: Because the higher you climb on the corporate ladder, the less actual work you do, and I enjoyed the work. So I gave up the fancy VP office, huge staff, big budget and the frustration of never actually getting anything done.
Today, you can find me at Roundpeg, a small marketing firm, based in Carmel, Indiana. Along with my extraordinarily talented team, which includes Bonnie the dog, I share what I know about marketing; helping small businesses, become big businesses.
